Equipment

  • 1 Charcoal grill Wood for smoking

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds Chicken breast Cut into 2 inch cubes
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger paste
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilly powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Fenugreek leaves
  • 2 cups Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Tandoori Chicken Masala powder
  • 2 teaspoons Salt

Instructions
 

  • Make marinade by mixing 2 cups Greek Yogurt, 1 tablespoon Ginger paste, 1 tablespoon Garlic paste, 1 teaspoon Turmeric, 1 teaspoon Red chilly powder, 1 teaspoon Paprika, 1 teaspoon Dried Fenugreek leaves, 1 tablespoon Tandoori Chicken Masala powder, and 2 teaspoons Salt.
  • Add 2 pounds Chicken breast to the marinade and refrigerate for 2 hrs.
  • Prepare the charcoal grill with wood chips to heat at 350℉.
  • Skewer the chicken cubes or place them directly on the grill.
  • Turn the chicken cubes every 10 minutes and baste with the remaining marinade and grill for about an hour
  • Let chicken cook thoroughly to register 165℉ in the center.
  • Take the cubes from the grill and cover with foil to infuse the flavors.
  • Serve with a slice of lime as a side dish.
