Make marinade by mixing 2 cups Greek Yogurt, 1 tablespoon Ginger paste, 1 tablespoon Garlic paste, 1 teaspoon Turmeric, 1 teaspoon Red chilly powder, 1 teaspoon Paprika, 1 teaspoon Dried Fenugreek leaves, 1 tablespoon Tandoori Chicken Masala powder, and 2 teaspoons Salt.
Add 2 pounds Chicken breast to the marinade and refrigerate for 2 hrs.
Prepare the charcoal grill with wood chips to heat at 350℉.
Skewer the chicken cubes or place them directly on the grill.
Turn the chicken cubes every 10 minutes and baste with the remaining marinade and grill for about an hour
Let chicken cook thoroughly to register 165℉ in the center.
Take the cubes from the grill and cover with foil to infuse the flavors.
Serve with a slice of lime as a side dish.
