  • 1 Pressure cooker

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp Cooking oil
  • 1 pound Goat cubes
  • 2 Onions Finely chopped
  • 6 Tomatoes (on the vine) Finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Cayenne powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 tbsp Chopped mint leaves
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp Corainder powder
  • 1 tbsp Finely shredded unsweetened coconut can substitute with half cup coconut milk

Instructions
 

  • 1. Cook 1 pound Goat cubes in pressure cooker until meat is tender (usually takes 15 mints).
    2. Heat 1 tbsp Cooking oil in a skillet and roast 2 Onions under medium heat till caramelized.
    3. Add tender goat cubes from pressure cooker without water.
    4. Saute the meat for 10 mints and start adding 1 tsp Cayenne powder, 1 tsp Turmeric powder. 1 tsp Garam Masala, 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste, 1 tbsp Corainder powder, 1 tbsp Finely shredded unsweetened coconut, 1 tbsp Chopped mint leaves, and 1 tsp Salt. Mix well and cook with lid closed for another 10 mints.
    5. Add 6 Tomatoes (on the vine) to the mixture and mix. Cook with lid closed for half hour by occasionally stirring every 10 mins.
    6. Let the dish cool and enjoy with rice or naan.
