2OnionsFinely chopped
6Tomatoes (on the vine)Finely chopped
1tspCayenne powder
1tspSalt
1tspTurmeric powder
1tspGaram Masala
1tbspChopped mint leaves
1tbspGinger garlic paste
1tbspCorainder powder
1tbspFinely shredded unsweetened coconutcan substitute with half cup coconut milk
Instructions
1. Cook 1 pound Goat cubes in pressure cooker until meat is tender (usually takes 15 mints). 2. Heat 1 tbsp Cooking oil in a skillet and roast 2 Onions under medium heat till caramelized.3. Add tender goat cubes from pressure cooker without water.4. Saute the meat for 10 mints and start adding 1 tsp Cayenne powder, 1 tsp Turmeric powder. 1 tsp Garam Masala, 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste, 1 tbsp Corainder powder, 1 tbsp Finely shredded unsweetened coconut, 1 tbsp Chopped mint leaves, and 1 tsp Salt. Mix well and cook with lid closed for another 10 mints.5. Add 6 Tomatoes (on the vine) to the mixture and mix. Cook with lid closed for half hour by occasionally stirring every 10 mins.6. Let the dish cool and enjoy with rice or naan.
