Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Wheat flour or Chapati flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Water

Instructions
 

  • Mix flour and salt. Add water slowly to the flour mix and gently mix the flour to make the dough.
  • Start kneading the dough as you add water until the dough is wet but does not stick to the hands. Knead the dough for 5 mins.
  • Cover the dough with damp cloth and let sit for 30 mins.
  • Roll a small piece of dough in palm and press it to make flat bread.
  • Fry on pan and finish up on direct flame.
  • Stack pulkas as you make and place them in air tight container.
