Wheat flour or Chapati flour

Water
Instructions
Mix flour and salt. Add water slowly to the flour mix and gently mix the flour to make the dough.
Start kneading the dough as you add water until the dough is wet but does not stick to the hands. Knead the dough for 5 mins.
Cover the dough with damp cloth and let sit for 30 mins.
Roll a small piece of dough in palm and press it to make flat bread.
Fry on pan and finish up on direct flame.
Stack pulkas as you make and place them in air tight container.
