Mix salt in flour. Add a tablespoon oil and start mixing to make dough by adding water until the dough is not sticky.
Knead the dough for 10 mins and set aside for 15 mins covered with damp cloth.
Heat oil in a deep frying pan on medium heat. While the oil heats, roll the dough into golf ball sized and press flat with additional dusting of flour.
Deep fry with occasional flipping until golden brown. Drain the excess oil and stack in an airtight container. Serve warm with any curry of choice.
