Deep fried bread in ghee and cooked in sugar syrup

Ingredients
2cupsGhee or Butter
½loafButtermilk bread or White Bread
1cupGranulated cane sugar
1cupCashews
½cupMilk KovaOptional
Instructions
Toast 1 cup Cashews in 1/2 cup Ghee until golden brown.
Make thick sugar syrup using 1 cup water and 1 cup Granulated cane sugar at medium heat. Turn to low heat after thickening.
Remove the edges of the sliced ½ loaf Buttermilk bread or White Bread and cut each slice in the center to make four squares. Deep fry the bread slices at medium heat in 2 cups Ghee or Butter until golden brown.
Add the deep fried bread slices to the slow cooking syrup for 15 mins. Mix gently without breaking the bread and add toasted cashews. Add ½ cup Milk Kova to enhance the taste.
Cover the lid, let rest for 10 mins and serve warm with cold milk.
