Chicken Tikka Masala

Ingredients
  

  • 2 large Yellow onions
  • 4 large Vine ripe tomatoes
  • 2 teaspoons Cayenne powder or Red chilli powder
  • 2 teaspoons Dried fenugreek leaves
  • 2 teaspoons Garam masala powder
  • 1 stick Unsalted Butter
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger Garlic paste
  • 2 teaspoons Salt

Instructions
 

  • Prepare Chicken Tikkas before hand
  • On medium heat add 1 stick Unsalted Butter and add thin sliced 2 large Yellow onions and 1 tablespoon Ginger Garlic paste. Fry until caramelized and add 2 teaspoons Garam masala powder, 2 teaspoons Dried fenugreek leaves, 2 teaspoons Cayenne powder or Red chilli powder.
  • Add finely sliced 4 large Vine ripe tomatoes and cook until soft. Add 1 cup Heavy cream and 2 teaspoons Salt. Cook for 10 mins or until thoroughly cooked.
  • Add chicken tikkas to the cooking mixture. Mix and simmer for 15 mins.
  • Serve with Naan or Basmati Rice.
