2largeYellow onions
4largeVine ripe tomatoes
2teaspoonsCayenne powder or Red chilli powder
2teaspoonsDried fenugreek leaves
2teaspoonsGaram masala powder
1stickUnsalted Butter
1cupHeavy cream
1tablespoonGinger Garlic paste
2teaspoonsSalt
Instructions
Prepare Chicken Tikkas before hand
On medium heat add 1 stick Unsalted Butter and add thin sliced 2 large Yellow onions and 1 tablespoon Ginger Garlic paste. Fry until caramelized and add 2 teaspoons Garam masala powder, 2 teaspoons Dried fenugreek leaves, 2 teaspoons Cayenne powder or Red chilli powder.
Add finely sliced 4 large Vine ripe tomatoes and cook until soft. Add 1 cup Heavy cream and 2 teaspoons Salt. Cook for 10 mins or until thoroughly cooked.
Add chicken tikkas to the cooking mixture. Mix and simmer for 15 mins.
