Mix ½ stick Butter, 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt, 1 teaspoon Garlic paste, 1 teaspoon Ginger paste, 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder, 1 teaspoon Paprika, 1 teaspoon Garam Masala powder, and 1 teaspoon Salt to make marinade.
Add 2 cups Paneer to the marinade and marinate for an hour.
Skewer the Paneer cubes. If desired you can alternate with Onions, Tomatoes and Bell peppers.
Grill the skewers on smoked charcoal grill at medium heat of about 300 °F for 30 mins with occasionally basting the leftover marinade and turning the skewers.
Take the skewers out and cover in foil to let the flavors infuse. Serve as a side dish with a slice of lime.
