Equipment

  • 1 Charcoal grill Wood chips to smoke

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Paneer Diced to 1 inch cubes
  • 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt
  • ½ stick Butter Melt it to liquid
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger paste
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions
 

  • Mix ½ stick Butter, 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt, 1 teaspoon Garlic paste, 1 teaspoon Ginger paste, 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder, 1 teaspoon Paprika, 1 teaspoon Garam Masala powder, and 1 teaspoon Salt to make marinade.
  • Add 2 cups Paneer to the marinade and marinate for an hour.
  • Skewer the Paneer cubes. If desired you can alternate with Onions, Tomatoes and Bell peppers.
  • Grill the skewers on smoked charcoal grill at medium heat of about 300 °F for 30 mins with occasionally basting the leftover marinade and turning the skewers.
  • Take the skewers out and cover in foil to let the flavors infuse. Serve as a side dish with a slice of lime.
