Thick sevya
Roast in ghee

cups
Whole milk

Granulated cane sugar

tablespoon
Ghee

Cashews

Instructions
Bring
4 cups Whole milk
to boil on medium heat with continuous stirring and add ghee roasted sevya.
Cook for 10 mins with occasional stirring and add
1 cup Granulated cane sugar
.
Bring it to low heat and cook for 5 mins with occasional stirring and lid closed.
Toast
½ cup Cashews
and
4 pods Cardamom
in
1 tablespoon Ghee
and add to pudding.
Mix gently and close the lid. Serve at room temperature.
