1. Prepare 1 pound Skinless and boneless chickenby trimming skin and fat.2. Saute finely chopped 1 Yellow or Red onion in 1 tablespoon Cooking oil. When onions start to caramelize add 1 tablespoon Ginger and Garlic paste, 1 teaspoon Red chili or Cayenne powder, 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon Chicken masala powder, 1 teaspoon Garam masala poweder, and 1 teaspoon Salt. Cook for two minutes under medium heat.3. Add 1 can Tomato sauce and cook for 10 minutes by occasional stirring.4. Add chicken and stir in the sauce. Close the lid and cook for 20 minutes by stirring every 5 minutes under medium heat.5. Turn off the heat and add chopped cilantro. Close the lid and leave it for 10 minutes to incorporate all flavors. Enjoy with rice or Naan.
